摘　　要：目的 探讨益气通腑散外敷神阙穴联合生物反馈疗法对老年慢性功能性便秘(chronic functional constipation, CFC)患者胃肠激素的影响。方法 选取2019年12月至2022年12月洛阳市中医院收治的CFC患者136例,随机分为两组各68例,对照组采用生物反馈疗法,观察组在此基础上加用益气通腑散外敷神阙穴,比较两组临床有效率、中医症状积分、Wexner便秘量表评分、营养与胃肠激素指标。结果 观察组有效率(83.82%)高于对照组(69.12%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后排便困难(1.03±0.35)、努挣则汗出短气(1.25±0.56)、便后乏力(1.24±0.35)、腹部隐痛(0.97±0.34)、面白神疲(1.22±0.56)、肢倦懒言(0.97±0.54)积分低于对照组(1.45±0.64)、(1.53±0.48)、(1.56±0.46)、(1.44±0.53)、(1.53±0.55)、(1.45±0.34)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组Wexner评分(11.47±4.27)低于对照组(15.27±3.58)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组白蛋白(37.26±4.86) g/L、前白蛋白(286.73±35.47) mg/L高于对照组(33.21±5.69)g/L、(245.34±46.27) mg/L(P<0.05);治疗后观察组生长抑素(14.72±5.24) ng/L、血管活性肠肽(14.58±4.37)pg/mL低于对照组(19.25±6.19) ng/L、(19.27±5.35)pg/mL,胃动素(235.38±16.27) ng/L、血清P物质(52.64±6.97)pg/mL高于对照组(194.63±14.84) ng/L、(43.68±5.38)pg/mL(P<0.05)。结论 益气通腑散外敷神阙穴联合生物反馈疗法治疗老年CFC提高临床疗效,其作用机制可能与改善营养与胃肠激素有关。Objective To explore the effect of Yiqitongfu powder external application of Shenque point combined with bi⁃ofeedback therapy on gastrointestinal hormones in elderly patients with chronic functional constipation(CFC).Methods Totally 136 patients with CFC from Dec 2019 to Dec 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 68 cases in each group.The control group received biofeedback therapy,and the observation group was additionally treated with Yiqitongfu Powder external application of Shenque point.Clinical effective rate,TCM symptom score,Wexner con⁃stipation scale score,nutrition and gastrointestinal hormone indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of observation group(83.82%)was higher than that of control group(69.12%)(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of difficulty defecating(1.03±0.35),sweat and shortness of breath after forced defecation(1.25±0.56),fatigue after defecation(1.24±0.35),dull abdominal pain(0.97±0.34),pale and lifeless(1.22±0.56),tireness and laziness to speak(0.97±0.54)in observation group were lower than those in control group(1.45±0.64),(1.53±0.48),(1.56±0.46),(1.44±0.53),(1.53±0.55),(1.45±0.34)(P<0.05);After treat⁃ment,the Wexner score of the observation group(11.47±4.27)was lower than that of the control group(15.27±3.58)(P<0.05);After treatment,albumin(37.26±4.86)g/L and pre-albumin(286.73±35.47)mg/L in observation group were higher than those in control group(33.21±5.69)g/L,(245.34±46.27)mg/L(P<0.05);After treat⁃ment,the somatostatin(14.72±5.24)ng/L and vasoactive intestinal peptide(14.58±4.37)pg/mL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(19.25±6.19)ng/L,(19.27±5.35)pg/mL.Motilin(235.38±16.27)ng/Land serum substance P(52.64±6.97)pg/mL were higher than those in control group(194.63±14.84)ng/L,(43.68±5.38)pg/mL(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqitongfu Powder external application of Shenque point combined with biofeedback therapy in the treatment of senile CFC can improve the clinical effect,the mechanism
