摘　　要：目的分析抗抑郁治疗对宫颈癌根治术后患者免疫状况和生活质量的影响。方法对2022年1月至2022年12月郑州市第一人民医院收治的90例宫颈癌根治术后患者进行随机数表法分组,对照组和观察组均为45例。术后两组均采用常规治疗干预,观察组联合抗抑郁治疗。分析两组治疗后的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平及负面情绪等的变化。结果观察组术后的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平分别为(58.31±8.56)、(46.15±6.43)、(1.34±0.22),均高于对照组;各项生活质量评分亦高于对照组(P<0.05);CD8^(+)水平、术后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、各项睡眠质量评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抗抑郁治疗对宫颈癌根治术后患者的免疫、负性情绪、睡眠和生活质量均有重要作用。Objective To analyze the effect of antidepressant therapy on immune status and quality of life in patients with cervical cancer after radical surgery.Methods A total of 90 patients with cervical cancer treated in Zhengzhou the First People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 after radical surgery were divided by random number table method,with 45 cases in control group and observation group.Two groups received conventional treatment and interven⁃tion after surgery,and the observation group was combined with antidepressant treatment.The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and negative emotions were analyzed in the two groups after treatment.Results The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in observation group were(58.31±8.56),(46.15±6.43)and(1.34±0.22),respectively,which were higher than those in control group.The scores of quality of life were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The levels of CD8^(+),self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS),self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and sleep quality scores were all lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Antidepressant therapy plays an im⁃portant role in immunity,negative emotion,sleep and quality of life of patients after radical cervical cancer surgery.
