农地边际化研究进展与展望

摘　　要：农地边际化是全球土地利用覆被变化研究的重要议题。它的格局、过程与演变一直都是土地利用研究领域有待进一步探讨的科学问题。本文系统性地梳理与总结了农地边际化当前的主要研究成果和研究进展,为后续探讨和剖析农地边际化研究的不足与未来展望提供了重要依据。研究表明:现有农地边际化的概念已然包含地缘边际化、生产边际化、经济边际化等三层内容;根据农地边际化在时间序列上的动态变化和发展规律,可将现有的农地边际化研究划分为“缘起—嬗变—量化—返璞”四个阶段;当下有关农地边际化的研究成果十分丰富,但仍存在边际诊断区域失准、农户心理因素研究薄弱、传统治理措施效用下滑等问题。基于此,本文认为未来可进一步拓展农户心理预期因素引入、心理预期可视化、多元主体间联系聚焦等方面的研究,以促进农地边际化研究更加贴合当下农户农地利用实际。Agricultural land marginalization is an important issue in the study of global land use change.Its pattern,process and evolution have always been scientific issues to be further explored in the field of land use research.This paper systematically complies and summarizes the current main research results and progress of agricultural land marginalization,which provides an important basis for the follow-up discussion and analysis of the research deficiencies and future prospects of agricultural land marginalization.The research shows that the existing concept of agricultural land marginalization already includes three levels:geographical marginalization,production marginalization and economic marginalization.According to the dynamic change and development law of agricultural land marginalization in time series,the existing research on agricultural land marginalization can be divided into four stages:origin-evolution-quantification-restoration.At present,the research results of agricultural land marginalization are abundant,but there are still some problems such as inaccurate marginal diagnosis,weak research on farmers'psychological factors and declining effectiveness of traditional management measures.Based on this,this paper believes that in the future,we can further expand the research on the introduction of farmers'psychological expectation factors,the visualization of psychological expectation,and the focus on the connection between multiple subjects,so as to promote the research on agricultural land marginalization more in line with the current situation of farmers'agricultural land use.
