摘 要:雷电作用于涂层所致的直接效应具有瞬态性,为了在电-热-化学多物理场耦合分析的基础上深入研究涂层在雷击条件下的热解机制,开展了雷击极端升温条件下的涂层树脂热解反应分子动力学模拟,根据热解固相产物信息得到了虚拟热解度曲线并求解了涂层热解动力学方程,进而建立了防雷/防热涂层在雷击过程中的电-热-化学耦合的有限元模型,跨尺度计算涂层的雷击热解损伤。结果表明,模拟所得的涂层雷击完全热解区的损伤形貌及程度与试验结果吻合较好,该跨尺度方法能合理地预测涂层的雷击热解损伤,所构建的反应分子模拟方法为涂层雷击热解机制的研究提供了新思路。The direct effects induced by lightning on coatings exhibit transience.In order to delve deeply into the pyrolysis mechanism of the coating under lightning conditions,based on the coupled analysis of the electro-thermal-chemical multi-physics fields,molecular dynamics simulations of the pyrolysis reaction of coating resin are carried out under extreme heating rates caused by lightning,virtual pyrolysis degree curves based on the information of solid-phase products of pyrolysis are obtained,the kinetic equation of pyrolysis is calculated,and then a finite element model of electro-thermal-chemical coupling in the lightning protection/thermal insulation coatings during the lightning strike process is established,the pyrolysis damage of the coating across scales is determined.The results show that the damage morphology and degree of the fully pyrolyzed area of the coating obtained by the simulation are in good agreement with the experimental results.This multiscale method can reasonably predict the pyrolysis damage of the coating caused by lightning strikes,and the constructed reaction molecular simulation method provides a new approach to the study of the lightning pyrolysis mechanism of coatings.
