摘 要:为了满足卫星在机动运输模式下的快速发射任务,卫星需经历振动条件相对苛刻的长时间公路机动运输环境。为测试卫星运输环境适应性,星箭组合体在机动运输状态下,经不同等级公路进行机动运输,采集运输过程中传递到卫星的振动、冲击等横向和纵向力学数据,对数据进行处理、仿真分析,验证卫星运输过程中结构及各分系统单机疲劳破坏或失效情况,为机动快速发射装备选型提供技术支撑。In maneuver mode,in order to meet demand of the rapid emergency launch mission of satellites in mobile condition mode,satellites must undergo long-term road mobile transportation environments with relatively harsh vibration conditions.To test the adaptability of satellite transportation environment,the satellite rocket combination under mobile state are transported wthin different levels of highways transportation.The mechanical data in lateral and longitudinal direction are collected and processed,such as vibration and impact transmitted to the satellite during transportation.Based on the data,if the structure and individual subsystems of the satellite underwent fatigued damage and failure durng transportion process is simulated and analyzed.The experimental results can provide technical support,which has great significance to selection of equipment for emergency impact launch forces.
