文化传播学视域下甘肃特色文化“走出去”机制路径分析

摘　　要：自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,甘肃省积极建设活力丝路、创新丝路,推动甘肃特色文化的发展和传播。在文化“走出去”视域下,甘肃特色文化对外传播是提高国家国际话语权和影响力、推动甘肃省地方发展、助力甘肃特色文化传承传播和交流发展的需要。甘肃特色文化具有历史性、地域性、民族性、民间性、多样性和共生性的特征。文章以拉斯韦尔“5W”传播理论为分析工具,提出甘肃特色文化在国际传播中须结合时代发展,构建包括多元协同合作的传播主体;创新文化成果、打造文化精品;丰富传播载体、拓宽传播渠道、开展智慧文化传播;找准关键传播对象、辐射传播效应;不仅“走出去”,更要“走进去”,向世界展示陇原大地的多彩文化,为中华文化“走出去”贡献甘肃智慧。Since the BRI was put forward,Gansu Province has actively promoted a dynamic and innovative Silk Road to promote the development and dissemination of Gansu’s distinctive culture.From the perspective of cultural going global,the external dissemination of Gansu’s characteristic culture is the international dissemination of Gansu’s characteristic culture in the new era.It is a multifaceted need to enhance the country’s international discourse power and influence,promote local development in Gansu Province,and assist in the inheritance,dissemination,and exchange development of Gansu’s characteristic culture,which has the characteristics of historical,regional,ethnic,folk,diverse,and symbiotic.In this article,Lasswell’s“5W”of communication theory is implemented as an analytical tool to propose that Gansu’s characteristic culture needs to be combined with the development of the times in international communication,and to build a communication subject that includes diverse collaborative cooperation,innovate cultural achievements and create cultural masterpieces,enrich communication carriers,expand communication channels,and carry out the dissemination of smart culture,and identify key propagation targets and radiation propagation effects as well.Gansu Province not only should both going out and coming in so as to showcase the colorful culture of Longyuan to the world,and contribute Gansu’s wisdom to the going out of Chinese culture.
