摘  要:压电陶瓷因具有稳定的化学特性、优异的物理性能、易于制备各种形状和任意极化方向的特性,在日常生活、工业生产以及军事等领域有着广泛应用。近年来,随着人们环保意识的增强和社会可持续发展的要求,无铅压电陶瓷的开发与应用变得极为重要。本文全面论述了钛酸铋钠基无铅压电陶瓷的制备方法、改性增强和研究进展,讨论了通过构建复合陶瓷优化钛酸铋钠基无铅压电陶瓷的压电性能,并对其研究方向及发展前景进行了展望。Piezoelectric ceramics are widely used in daily life,industrial production,and military fields because of their stable chemical properties,excellent physical properties,and ease of preparation in various shapes and arbitrary polarization directions.In recent years,the development and application of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics have become extremely important with the increasing awareness of environmental protection and the requirement of sustainable development of society.This paper comprehensively discusses the preparation method,modification enhancement and research progress of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics based on sodium bismuth titanate,discusses the optimization of the piezoelectric properties of lead-free piezoelectric ceramics based on sodium bismuth titanate by constructing composite ceramics,and gives an outlook on its research direction and development prospect.
