摘  要:针对湿法冶金设备运行状态多特征融合检测方法优化进行了仿真分析研究。建立了湿法冶金设备电耗优化模型与负荷优化模型,提出了基于多特征融合的设备运行优化模型,采用线性规划算法将目标函数和约束条件输入到优化算法中,得到最优的设备运行状态和操作策略。结果表明,优化后的湿法冶金工艺运行成本明显降低。The optimization of multi-feature fusion detection method for hydrometallurgical equipment operating state was studied by simulation analysis.The power consumption optimization model and load optimization model of hydrometallurgical equipment were established,and the equipment operation optimization model based on multi-feature fusion was proposed.The objective function and constraint conditions were input into the optimization algorithm by linear programming algorithm to obtain the optimal equipment operation state and operation strategy.The results show that the operation cost of hydrometallurgical process after optimization is obviously reduced.
