摘　　要：张居正作为有明一代最为风光的鼎世人物,一生事业贯穿晚明嘉靖、隆庆、万历三朝,功业彪炳史册,然而在他谢世不久,就遭受了覆巢惨祸。目前,学术界对张居正其人其事的研究论著已是汗牛充栋,却鲜有专文论及张氏冤案的平反昭雪。明史仅以寥寥二百余字记叙张案的平反过程,但从初步恢复张居正名誉到恩荫子孙,全面纠正平反,则经历了漫长曲折的历程。通过查阅明实录及当事者的文集笔记,勾勒出明廷从“举朝皆索其罪”到“海内亦渐多思公功”,再到张居正彻底洗冤白谤的历史过程,揭露了在专制皇权社会,由最高统治者炮制的冤案平反的曲折与艰辛,以及明末士人板荡思忠臣的心路历程。As the most famous figure of the Ming Dynasty,Zhang Juzheng’s career lasted throughout the Jiajing,Longqing and Wanli dynasties of the late Ming Dynasty,and his achievements were glorious in history.However,shortly after his death,he suffered the tragedy of being buried in his nest.At present,there are numerous academic works on Zhang Juzheng and his actions,but there are few specialized articles on the redress of Zhang’s injustice.The history of the Ming Dynasty only described the rectification process of Zhang Juzheng’s case in just over two hundred words,but it went through a long and winding process from the initial restoration of Zhang Juzheng’s reputation to the comprehensive rectification and rectification of the Enyin descendants.By reviewing the records of the Ming Dynasty and the notes of the parties involved,the historical process of the Ming court was outlined in this paper from“blaming the court for their crimes”to“gradually thinking about public achievements in the sea”,and then to Zhang Juzheng’s complete purge of injustice and slander.The author exposed the twists and hardships in the process of rectifying unjust cases fabricated by the highest ruler in the authoritarian monarchy society,as well as the mental journey of the late Ming dynasty scholars’indomitable thinking about loyal ministers.
