炙甘草汤辅助治疗冠心病室性心律失常的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察炙甘草汤联合常规西药治疗对冠心病室性心律失常患者临床疗效的影响。方法:选取本院2020年1月—2022年1月收治的冠心病室性心律失常患者160例作为研究对象,按照随机分配法将患者分为不同治疗的四组,即美托洛尔组(A组)、盐酸胺碘酮片组(B组)、美托洛尔联合炙甘草汤组(C组)和盐酸胺碘酮片联合炙甘草汤组(D组)。比较四组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候评分、心室率变化及不良反应发生情况。结果:四组总有效率均在80%以上,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,C、D组中医证候评分、室性期前收缩、房性期前收缩以及房室交界期前收缩次数均小于A、B两组(P<0.05);C、D组不良反应发生率低于A、B组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病室性心律失常患者采用炙甘草汤联合治疗的疗效更为确切,能够改善患者临床症状,降低心室率和不良事件发生率,而且能有效提高患者的临床疗效,值得临床应用。Objective:To observe the effect of Zhigancao decoction combined with conventional western medicine treatment on the clinical efficacy of patients with ventricular arrhythmias in coronary heart disease.Methods:One hundred and sixty patients with ventricular arrhythmia of coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 1,2020 to January 1,2022 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were divided into four groups with different treatments according to the random assignment method,namely,metoprolol group(group A),amiodarone hydrochloride tablets group(group B),metoprolol combined with Zhigancao decoction group(group C)and amiodarone hydrochloride tablets combined with Zhigancao decoction group(group D).The clinical efficacy,TCM evidence score,ventricular rate changes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared among the four groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of all four groups was above 80%,and the difference was not statistically significant when comparing between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM evidence score,ventricular anterior contraction,atrial anterior contraction and the number of atrioventricular junction anterior contractions in groups C and D were smaller than those in groups A and B(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in groups C and D was lower than that in groups A and B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of combined treatment with Zhigancao decoction in patients with ventricular arrhythmias in coronary artery disease is more accurate,which can improve patients’clinical symptoms,reduce the ventricular rate and the incidence of adverse events,and can effectively improve patients’clinical efficacy,and is worthy of clinical application.
