凉血祛瘀方治疗儿童过敏性紫癜(血热妄行证)的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:观察凉血祛瘀方配合西医治疗儿童紫癜(血热妄行证)的临床疗效。方法:选取2019年1月—2021年12月嵩县中医院儿科病区住院治疗的紫癜(血热妄行证)患儿60例作为研究对象。按住院次序编号随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予口服凉血祛瘀方加减治疗,比较两组临床疗效及中医证候积分。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组中医证候积分低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:凉血祛瘀方辅助西医治疗紫癜(血热妄行证)患儿能够有效改善临床症状,疗效确切,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Quyu prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura(blood heat rash syndrome).Methods:Sixty children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura(blood heat rash syndrome)who were hospitalized in the pediatric ward of Songxian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was given oral modified Liangxue Quyu prescription treatment on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and TCM symptom scores of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prescription of Liangxue Quyu prescription combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura(blood heat rash syndrome)can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,the curative effect is accurate,and has clinical application value.
