个体化中医饮食护理对糖尿病患者的影响研究

摘　　要：目的观察糖尿病患者实施个体化中医饮食护理的效果,探究糖尿病患者有效的护理方案。方法纳入2022年4月—2023年4月天津医科大学朱宪彝纪念医院收治的糖尿病患者90例为研究对象,根据护理方法不同分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上实施个体化中医饮食护理干预。比较两组患者干预后营养状况、血糖稳定率和护理满意率。结果干预后,观察组营养状况优良率为97.78%,明显高于对照组的84.44%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.9390,P<0.05)。观察组血糖稳定率为95.56%,明显高于对照组的82.22%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.0500,P<0.05)。观察组护理满意率为93.33%,高于对照组为77.78%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.4056,P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者实施个体化中医饮食护理取得了较好的临床护理效果,患者经干预后营养状况较好,且利于患者血糖稳定,避免血糖波动影响患者身体健康,同时提高了患者护理满意率,具有较高的临床应用以及推广价值。Objective To observe the effect of individualized traditional Chinese medicine diet nursing on patients with diabetes mellitus,and to explore the effective nursing plan for patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetes mellitus who were admitted to Tianjin Medical University Chu Hsien-I Memorial Hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group with 45 cases in each group according to different nursing methods.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given individualized traditional Chinese medicine diet nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The nutritional status,the stability rate of blood glucose and the nursing satisfaction rate of the patients after intervention in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the excellent and good rate of nutritional status in the observation group was 97.78%,which was significantly higher than 84.44%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.9390,P<0.05).The stability rate of blood glucose in the observation group was 95.56%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group with 82.22%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.0500,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group with 77.78%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.4056,P<0.05).Conclusion Theimplementation of individualized traditional Chinese medicine diet nursing for diabetic patients had achieved good clinical nursing effect,and the nutritional status of patients after intervention was better,and it was conducive to the stability of patients'blood glucose and avoid the influence of blood glucose fluctuations on patients'health,and improve the nursing satisfaction rate of the patients,which had high clinical application and promotion value.
