重型颅脑外伤院前急救研究进展

摘　　要：重型颅脑外伤是临床比较常见的一种疾病,其病情复杂,且进展较快,存在较多并发症,死亡率与致残率均较高,临床治疗难度大,患者尽可能早地接受治疗是保证治疗效果与预后的关键。随着交通事故、工业事故、高空坠落事件的频发,重型颅脑外伤患者十分常见,发病率逐年上升。院前急救对重型颅脑外伤患者具有十分重要的作用,是挽救患者生命的关键环节,救护车及时达到患者发病现场,控制患者出血情况,给予患者必要的急救处理,尽快将患者转移入院,进行进一步医疗救治是保证患者生命安全的原则。目前,临床十分重视重型颅脑外伤患者的院前急救工作,对患者的急救流程与应急处理等进行了许多研究,取得了较好的效果。本文分析院内院前急救收治的重型颅脑外伤具体情况,总结急救经验,并检索分析大量相关文献,对重型颅脑外伤患者院内院前急救措施进行归纳、分析。本文主要从重型颅脑损伤的院前急救现状、重型颅脑损伤院前急救过程以及急救原则、规范化重型颅脑损伤患者院前急救意义进行综述,以期为重型颅脑外伤患者院前急救提供指导。Severe craniocerebral injury is a common clinical disease with complex conditions,rapid progression,more complications,high mortality and disability rates,and the clinical treatment is difficult.Receiving treatment as early as possible is the key to ensure the treatment effect and prognosis of patients is difficult.With the frequent occurrence of traffic accidents,industrial accidents and falling from high altitude,severe craniocerebral injury patients are very common,and the incidence is increasing year by year.Pre-hospital emergency treatment plays a very important role in patients with severe craniocerebral injury,and is a key link to save the lives of patients.The principle of ensuring the safety of patients'lives is that ambulances arrive at the scene of the onset of patients in time,control the bleeding of patients,give patients necessary emergency treatment,transfer the patients to hospital as soon as possible,and carry out further medical treatment.At present,clinical attention is attached to the pre-hospital emergency treatment work of patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Many studies have been conducted on the emergency treatment process and emergency response of patients,and good effects have been achieved.This paper analyses the specific conditions of severe craniocerebral injury treated in the hospital and pre-hospital emergency treatment,summarizes the emergency treatment experience,searches and analyses a large number of relevant literature,and summarizes and analyses the emergency measures for patients with severe craniocerebral injury in the hospital and pre-hospital.This paper mainly summarizes the status quo of pre-hospital emergency treatment for severe craniocerebral injury,the process and principles of pre-hospital emergency treatment for severe craniocerebral injury,and the significance of standardized pre-hospital emergency treatment for patients with severe craniocerebral injury,in order to provide guidance for pre-hospital emergency treatment of patients with severe craniocerebral
