发热待查患者的心理护理研究进展

摘　　要：正常人体受到体温调节中枢的控制,散热和产热保持动态平衡,体温在正常范围内小幅度波动。但是如果机体产热量过多或者散热能力降低,将会出现发热症状。发热症状产生的原因较多,主要包括病原体感染和非感染,需要根据患者具体情况进行综合分析。病原体感染主要包括细菌感染、病毒感染以及真菌感染等;非感染主要包括内分泌代谢疾病、心力衰竭、体温调节中枢功能失常等。患者在发热待查期间,因病因不明确,受到疾病的困扰,对于疾病的治疗充满担忧,导致容易出现紧张以及焦虑等不良情绪,不利于患者的正常诊断和治疗。因此护理人员需要对患者的心理状态进行科学准确评估,采取针对性的心理护理措施,尽量缓解或者消除患者的不良情绪。近些年很多学者关于发热待查患者的心理护理开展了较多的研究工作,取得了明显进展。因此,本文对发热待查患者心理护理的研究进展进行综述,以期为发热待查患者心理护理工作提供借鉴。The normal human body is controlled by the temperature regulation center.The heat dissipation and heat production maintain a dynamic balance,and the body temperature fluctuates slightly within the normal range.However,if the body produces too much heat or the ability to dissipate heat decreases,fever symptoms will occur.There are many causes of fever symptoms,mainly including pathogen infection and non infection,which need to be comprehensively analyzed according to the specific conditions of patients.Pathogen infection mainly includes bacterial infection,viral infection and fungal infection and so on;non infection mainly includes endocrine and metabolic diseases,heart failure,central dysfunction of temperature regulation,etc.During the period of fever to be investigated,the cause of the fever is not clear,so the patient is troubled by the disease,and full of worries about the treatment of the disease,which lead to easily experience negative emotions such as nervousness and anxiety,which is not conducive to the patient's normal diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,nurses need to scientifically and accurately evaluate the patients'psychological state,take targeted psychological nursing measures,and try to alleviate or eliminate the patients'negative emotions as much as possible.In recent years,many scholars have carried out a lot of research work on the psychological nursing of patients with fever to be investigated,and made significant progress.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress of psychological nursing for patients with fever to be investigated,in order to provide reference for psychological nursing work of patients with fever to be investigated.
