摘  要:以3,4-二甲氧基苯胺、双酚A和多聚甲醛为原料合成了3,4-二甲氧基苯胺双酚A型苯并恶嗪(MABPBZ),并采用红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱对其结构进行了确认。利用热重分析法(TGA)和示差扫描量热法(DSC)分析了单体的热稳定性能,单体的T5%为267.2℃,最大失重温区250~350℃,产物单体有1个明显的结晶吸热峰和1个固化反应峰,峰值温度分别为153.1℃和251.5℃。将单体添加到E-51环氧树脂体系中制成复合树脂,考察了复合树脂的力学性能和耐热性能,结果显示当苯并恶嗪单体加入量为E-51环氧树脂质量的0.33%(EP-3)时效果最好,复合树脂的弯曲应变值比纯环氧树脂EP-0增加了21%,拉伸应变值增加了1.69倍。EP-3的800℃残炭率可达到11%。通过SEM观察树脂弯曲断面形貌,发现苯并恶嗪与环氧树脂的相互作用较强。The 3,4-dimethoxyaniline bisphenol A type benzoxazine(MABPBZ)was synthesized from the raw materials of 3,4-dimethoxypheniline,bisphenol A,and paraformaldehyde,and its structure was confirmed by IR and1H-NMR. The thermal stability of the monomer was analyzed by the thermogravimetric analysis(TGA)and the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The T5%of monomer was 267.2 ℃ and the maximum weight loss temperature range was 250-350 ℃. The product monomer had one distinct crystallization endothermic peak and one curing reaction peak,with peak temperatures of 153.1 ℃ and 251.5 ℃,respectively. The monomer was added to the E-51 epoxy resin system to make the composite resin,and the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the composite resin were investigated. The results showed that the best effect was achieved when the amount of benzoxazine monomer added was 0.33%(EP-3)of the mass of E-51 epoxy resin.The bending strain value of composite resin was increased by 21% compared with that of pure epoxy resin EP-0,and the tensile strain value was increased by a 1.69 times. The char yield of EP-3 reached 11% at 800 ℃. The morphology of resin bending section observed by SEM showed that the interaction between benzoxazine and epoxy resin was strong.
