摘　　要：目的:本文通过总结口腔专科医院老年候诊患者心脏骤停的抢救过程1例,希望为口腔医务人员处理类似情况提供参考。诊治经过:患者女性,85岁,在口腔门诊候诊时突发心脏骤停,医护人员第一时间进行心肺复苏、电除颤、启动应急预案、使用急救药物、建立静脉通道、气管插管、呼吸机控制通气等一系列急救措施。结果:经过62分钟急救,患者心跳逐渐恢复,顺利完成交接转院进行后续治疗。结论:口腔专科医院医务人员应熟练掌握各种常用的医学急救知识和技能,各科室需合理配置急救设备和药品,制定相应的抢救制度及流程,并定期进行急救演练。Objective:This paper summarizes the rescue process of sudden cardiac arrest of an elderly patient waiting for treatment in a specialized stomatology hospital,providing a reference for the development of emergency systems and procedures for specialized stomatology hospitals and dental clinics.Diagnosis and treatment:A 85-year-old female patient in the stomatology hospital suddenly went into cardiac arrest,the stomatology hospital staff immediately carried out cardiopulmonary resuscitation,activated the emergency plan,used emergency drugs,established intravenous channels,carried out endotracheal intubation,ventilator controlled ventilation and a series of emergency measures.The rescue process was tense and orderly.Results:After 62 minutes of emergency treatment,the patient's heartbeat gradually recovered,and the transfer was successfully completed for follow-up treatment.Conclusions:As a staff in a stomatology hospital,it is important to be proficient in a variety of common medical emergency knowledge and skills,such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation,cricothyroidotomy and emergency drug use,etc.At the same time,it is necessary for each department to allocate emergency equipment and drugs reasonably,develop corresponding rescue systems and procedures,and conduct regular first aid drills.
