摘 要:电力系统运行方式计算是电网调控运行的重要依据。当前运行方式规则均依靠人工制定,在新型电力系统复杂多变的运行场景下,人工制定效率是制约电网安全经济运行的关键问题之一。为此,该文提出一种基于Lawson算法的电力系统运行方式规则自动生成方法。首先,提出仿真样本空间描述方法,采用断面功率外空间与稳定特征内空间相结合的方法,定量描述样本的安全运行特点。然后,基于Lawson算法搜索得到电网安全运行区域样本,实现样本在断面功率外空间中与失稳样本分离开的目标,为制定运行方式规则提供有效样本集。最后,利用断面功率超平面方程组描述完整的电网安全运行区域,进一步利用断面功率空间立方体反映断面功率运行限额,生成断面功率空间立方体组形式的运行方式规则。以IEEE-39节点系统和我国某区域电网系统算例验证该文方法。算例分析结果表明,所提方法可根据调度人员需求生成任意断面的功率控制规则,大幅度提高规则制定效率。The calculation of power system operation mode is an important basis for power grid regulation and operation.At present,the rules of operation mode all depend on manual formulation.Under the complex and changeable operation scenario of new power system,manual formulation efficiency is one of the key problems restricting the safe and economic operation of power grid.Therefore,this paper proposes an automatic generation method of power grid operation mode rules based on Lawson algorithm.First,a simulation sample space description method is proposed.The method of combining the outer space of cross-section power and the inner space of stability feature is used to quantitatively describe the safe operation characteristics of the simulation samples.Then,based on Lawson algorithm,the safe operation area samples of power grid are obtained,which achieves the goal of separating the samples from the unstable samples in the outer space of cross-section power,and provides an effective sample set for the formulation of operation mode rules.Finally,the complete power grid safety operation region is described by using the power hyperplane equations of sections,the power space cube of sections is used to reflect the power operation limit of sections,and the operating mode rules of the power space cube of sections are generated.The proposed method is validated by examples of IEEE-39 node system and a regional power system in China.The results of examples show that the proposed method can generate power control rules of arbitrary sections according to the requirements of the dispatchers,and greatly improve the efficiency of rules making.
