摘  要:火电机组的一次调频性能与锅炉蓄热能力密切相关,为准确反映不同工况下亚临界汽包炉机组的一次调频特性,该文建立了汽包锅炉分布式参数动态模型。模型采用动态热量流法分析换热特性,同时考虑工质变物性,重点描述工质的换热、相变及流动过程。模型参数可基于机组分布式控制系统的监测数据在线计算,能够准确反映机组调频能力随运行工况的变化。以包头电厂600MW机组为例进行模型验证与仿真分析,结果显示,在-0.1Hz频差阶跃扰动下,加入该文所建锅炉模型后,调频功率仿真曲线和实测曲线在30s时的相对误差从38.74%有效减小至-2.16%(90%工况),该文所建模型能够较为准确地描述汽包锅炉主蒸汽压力等关键参数在一次调频期间的动态响应特性。The primary frequency regulation(PFR)performance of thermal power units is closely related to the heat storage capacity of boilers.To precisely assess the power response of subcritical drum boiler units during PFR under different operating conditions,a dynamic distributed-parameter model of drum boilers is established in this paper.The model emphatically considers the heat transfer,phase transition,and flow processes of the working medium,as well as the variation of the fluid properties.The heat current method is employed to analyze the heat transfer characteristics.Furthermore,the model parameters can be computed online using the steady-state data collected by the distributed control system,which can accurately reflect the distinctions of the unit's PFR capability under different operating conditions.Finally,the model is validated using a 600MW unit at the Baotou Power Plant as a representative case.The results indicate that when confronted with a-0.1Hz frequency deviation step disturbance,the relative error between the simulated and measured PFR power curves at the 30-second mark is reduced from 38.74%to-2.16%after adding the proposed boiler model.The proposed model can accurately delineate the dynamic response characteristics of pivotal thermal parameters of drum boilers during PFR.
