摘　　要：为了满足市场多样化的需求,利用复合肥装置生产60%粒状磷酸一铵产品。介绍利用复合肥装置试生产60%粒状磷酸一铵产品时准备、装置运行、工艺指标及产品指标;分析生产过程中遇到的问题,并针对存在的问题进行改进。通过改进,在满足产品总养分和水分要求的同时,装置产量得到提高,达到900~950 t/d,运行周期延长。In order to meet the diverse needs of the market,a compound fertilizer plant is used to produce 60%granular monoammonium phosphate product.The preparation,operation of the equipment,process indicators and product indicators of compound fertilizer plant for producing 60%granular monoammonium phosphate product are introduced;The problems encountered during the production process are analyzed and technical improvement based on the existing problems is carried out.Through improvement,while meeting the requirements of total nutrients and water content in product,the device output has been increased to 900-950 t/d,and the operating cycle has been extended.
