摘　　要：针对云南某碳质胶磷矿进行浮选实验研究,原矿w(P_(2)O_(5)) 23.79%、w(MgO) 5.11%、w(SiO_(2))11.74%,针对该矿采用预先脱碳细粒级抛尾-反浮选脱镁-尾矿扫选的工艺流程,闭路实验获得w(P_(2)O_(5)) 30.33%、产率68.39%、P_(2)O_(5)回收率89.08%的磷精矿指标,实现了碳质胶磷矿中有用磷矿物的高效富集与回收。The flotation of a carbonaceous collophane in Yunnan is carried out,the w(P_(2)O_(5)),w(MgO),w(SiO_(2))of raw rock are 23.79%,5.11%and 11.74%.For this rock,the process flow of pre decarburization fine-grained tailing,reverse flotation removal magnesium and tailings scavenging is adopted,and the phosphorus concentrate with P_(2)O_(5) content of 30.33%,yield of 68.39%and recovery rate of 89.08%is obtained in a closed circuit,realizing efficient enrichment and recovery of useful phosphorus minerals in carbonaceous collophane.
