摘  要:为高值化利用湿法磷酸净化副产萃余酸,通过实验研究以萃余酸清液和尿素为原料合成聚磷酸铵的工艺条件。研究结果表明,磷酸与尿素物质的量之比对聚磷酸铵总养分影响最大,其次是反应温度和反应时间,最优工艺条件为磷酸和尿素物质的量之比1.0∶1.5、反应温度160℃、反应时间40 min。在最优反应条件下得到产品的总养分质量分数达到51.93%,聚合度为3.22。In order to make use of raffinate acid produced from purification of wet-process phosphoric acid,the process conditions for the synthesis of ammonium polyphosphate from the raffinate acid and urea are studied.The results show that the molar ratio of phosphoric acid to urea has the greatest impact on the nutrient of ammonium polyphosphate,followed by reaction temperature and reaction time.The optimal process conditions are that the molar ratio of phosphoric acid to urea is 1.0:1.5,reaction temperature is 160 C,and reaction time is 40 min.Under the optimal reaction conditions,the total nutrient mass fraction of the product is 51.93%,and the degree of polymerization is 3.22.
