摘　　要：介绍100 kt/a磷酸二铵装置洗涤系统尾气现状。针对磷酸二铵装置洗涤系统尾气颗粒物质量浓度高及烟囱白烟拖尾现象,提出尾气除尘及除白烟工艺方案;介绍总体工艺改造流程。改造后,排放尾气颗粒物质量浓度由170 mg/m~3降至<10 mg/m~3,白烟拖尾现象得到消除,各排放指标均低于国家超低排放标准。The present situation of tail gas of washing system in 100 kt/a DAP plant is introduced.In view of the high particle mass concentration and white smoke trailing phenomenon of the tail gas chimney of the DAP unit,the technology scheme of particle and white smoke removal from the tail gas is put forward.The overall process modification process is briefly described.After the transformation,the mass concentration of particulate in exhaust gas is reduced from 170 mg/m'to less than 10 mg/m',the phenomenon of white smoke tailing is eliminated,and all emission indicators are lower than the national ultra-low emission standard.
