摘  要:通辽站地处内蒙古东部地区通辽市科尔沁区境内,位于黑龙江、吉林、辽宁3省交汇处,是内蒙古东部地区乃至东北地区重要的交通枢纽。随着车流量增加,通辽站能力紧张的局面更加突显。通过对通辽站运输组织现状的分析,提出对南北场的技术改造方案,并对改造前后进行了对比分析。分析表明改造后可有效释放咽喉能力、提高作业效率,对控制“抢作业”而危及接发车、调车安全从设备控制方面创造了条件,为旅客列车统筹开行提供充足能力支撑,给广大旅客提供更加安全、便捷、快速的出行条件。Tongliao Station is located in Horqin District,Tongliao,eastern Inner Mongolia,and is at the intersection of Heilongjiang,Jilin,and Liaoning provinces.Meanwhile,it is an important transportation hub in the eastern and even northeastern regions of Inner Mongolia.As the traffic volume increases,the capacity shortage at the station becomes more prominent.By analyzing the current transportation organization at Tongliao Station,this paper proposed a technical transformation plan for the north and south yards and conducted a comparative analysis of the station before and after the transformation.Analysis shows that the transformation can effectively release throat capacity and improve operational efficiency,creating conditions for controlling“rush operations”which endanger the safety of receiving and dispatching trains and shunting safety from the perspective of equipment control.Finally,sufficient capacity support is provided for the coordinated operation of passenger trains,and safer,more convenient,and faster travel conditions are presented for passengers.
