摘 要:为进一步提高金川二矿区进路充填体强度,解决充填体强度分布不均的问题,通过开展混合料堆积密实度试验和充填配合比优化试验,分析了水泥掺量、料浆质量浓度和骨料配比三个因素对充填体强度的影响规律,基于充填体7 d强度要求和充填料浆流动性要求,通过室内试验,确定了最佳充填配合比。现场工业试验表明,采用最佳充填配合比充填进路时,充填成本降低了1.7元/m3;充填体强度整体上得到了提高,最大提高1.1 MPa,最小提高0.39 MPa;充填体的强度方差由原来的1.091减小到0.835,一定程度上改善了进路充填体强度分布不均的情况。研究结果可为同类矿山优化配合比、提高进路充填体强度、解决强度分布不均的问题提供参考。In order to further improve the strength of the backfill in the drift of Jinchuan No.2 mining area and solve the problem of uneven distribution of the strength of the backfill,the influences of cement content,slurry mass concentration and aggregate ratio on the strength of backfill were analyzed by the test of packing density of mixture and the optimization test of filling mix ratio.Based on the 7 d strength requirements of backfill and the flowability requirements of the filling slurry,the optimal filling mix ratio was determined by the indoor test.Through on-site industrial experiments,it was found that the filling cost was reduced by 1.7 RMB/m~3 when the optimal filling mix ratio was used to fill the drift.The overall strength of the backfill had been improved,with a maximum increase of 1.1 MPa and a minimum increase of 0.39 MPa.The strength variance of the backfill was reduced from the original of 1.091 to 0.835,which improved the uneven strength distribution of the backfill in the drift to a certain extent.The research results can provide a reference for similar mines to optimize the mix ratio,improve the strength of the backfill and solve the problem of uneven strength distribution.
