摘 要:为探索川西某锂辉石矿全尾砂用作充填材料的可行性,开展了锂辉石全尾砂充填材料特性试验研究。试验结果表明:在全尾砂静态絮凝沉降试验中,83376阴离子型絮凝剂为5种絮凝剂中絮凝沉降效果最好的产品,最佳添加量为20 g/t,最佳初始料浆质量浓度为12%;通过全尾砂动态絮凝沉降试验,推荐锂辉石矿全尾砂固体负荷为0.46 t/(m2·h),该条件下全尾砂浓密底流质量浓度可达67.78%,溢流水含固量为127.3×10-6;锂辉石矿全尾砂胶结充填体强度与质量浓度和灰砂比均呈正比。根据采矿方法对充填体强度要求,结合充填配比强度试验结果,采场一步骤充填料浆配比参数推荐为:质量浓度68%,灰砂比1∶3(R28=3.16 MPa)。二步骤充填料浆配比参数推荐为:质量浓度68%,灰砂比1∶10(R28=0.62 MPa)。In order to explore the feasibility of using full tailings as filling material in a spodumene mine in western Sichuan,the experimental study on the characteristics of full tailing tailings filling material was carried out.The results show that 83376 anionic flocculant has the best flocculation and settlement effects in the static flocculating test among the five flocculants.The optimal addition amount is 20 g/t and the optimal initial slurry mass concentration is 12%.According to the dynamic flocculating test with full tailings,it is recommended that the solid load of full tailings is 0.46 t/(m~2·h).Under this condition,the dense underflow mass concentration of full tailings can reach 68.78%and the solid content of overflow water is 127.3×10~(-6).The strength of the full tailings cemented backfill is proportional to the mass concentration and the cement-sand ratio.According to the requirements of the backfill strength in the mining method and combined with the experimental results between filling proportion and backfill strength,the parameters of the first-step filling slurry are recommended as mass concentration of 68%and cement-sand ratio of 1∶3(R_(28)=3.16 MPa),and the filling parameters of the two-step filling slurry are recommended as mass concentration of 68%and cement-sand ratio of 1∶10(R_(28)=0.62 MPa).
