摘 要:为了探究干热岩资源开发的砂岩传热与热冲击破裂问题,通过一维传热试验并结合岩性,对砂岩传热特征、热应力分布进行深入分析,并引入热冲击因子表征岩石破坏范围与程度。得到以下结论:砂岩一维传热具有明显的非均质特征,稳定温度随着热距离的增大线性减小,且沸腾传热速度比无相变的自然对流传热速度高出24.0%;热冲击对砂岩的破坏作用会在热距离增大的方向上经历高效、低效、无效3个阶段;热冲击因子的非均质性影响砂岩微观颗粒起裂时间与裂纹扩展形态。研究结果可为干热岩开发中循环介质提热工艺、储层裂缝改造工艺提供参考。In order to explore the problem of heat transfer and thermal shock fracture of sandstone in the development of hot dry rock resources,the heat transfer characteristics and thermal stress distribution of sandstone were deeply analyzed by one-dimensional heat transfer test and combining with lithology,and the thermal shock factor was introduced to characterize the scope and extent of rock damage.The following conclusions are obtained.Firstly,the one-dimensional heat transfer of sandstone has obvious heterogeneous characteristics,the stable temperature decreases linearly with the increase of thermal distance,and the boiling heat transfer rate is 24%higher than that of natural convection without phase change.Secondly,the destructive effect of thermal shock on sandstone will go through three stages of high efficiency,low efficiency and invalidity in the direction of increasing thermal distance.Thirdly,the heterogeneity of thermal shock factor affects the initiation time and crack propagation morphology of sandstone micro-particles.The research results can provide reference for the circulation medium heat extraction technology and reservoir fracture reconstruction technology in the development of hot dry rock.
