摘 要:为实现磷矿山井下通风系统的安全运行,减少可能发生的作业事故带来的人员伤亡与财产损失,对井下通风系统风险评估模型与监测预警系统进行了研究,并将两者结合以辅助管理人员对井下通风系统进行风险决策。以江家墩磷矿为研究对象,根据磷矿山井下通风系统特点及文献资料,提取关键技术指标,引入线性与广义对比加权综合标度指数构建风险评估模型,并对风险等级进行定量识别;采集实际生产数据,验证了模型的合理性和有效性;开发监测预警系统,验证了系统在现场应用期间稳定可靠,运行情况良好,预警次数环比下降13.4%。研究和工程应用结果表明:将通风系统风险评估模型运用于监测预警系统可提高安全管理人员的风险管控能力。In order to realize the safe operation of the underground ventilation system in phosphate mines and reduce the casualties and property losses caused by possible operation accidents,the risk assessment model and monitoring and early warning system of the underground ventilation system were studied,and the two were combined to assist managers in risk decision-making of the underground ventilation system.Taking Jiangjiadun Phosphate Mine as the research object,according to the characteristics of underground ventilation system in phosphate mine and literature,the key technical indicators were extracted,and the risk assessment model was constructed by introducing linear and generalized contrast weighted composite scale,and the risk level was quantitatively identified.The rationality and effectiveness of the model were verified by collecting actual production data.The monitoring and early warning system was developed,which verified that the system was stable and reliable during the field application,and the operation was good,the number of early warnings decreased by 13.4%.The results of research and engineering application show that the application of ventilation system risk assessment model in monitoring and early warning system can improve the risk management and control the ability of safety managers.
