摘  要:为防治煤自燃,以羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)和聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)为原料,钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)和柠檬酸铝(Alcit)为辅料,引入两种相互作用来构筑双交联网络结构,制备全物理交联Al^(3+)-CMC/MMT-PAM双网络防灭火凝胶。测试了凝胶的胶凝时间、热稳定性、强度、渗透性能以及微观形貌,采用程序升温、热分析(TG-DSC)、红外光谱(FTIR)、比表面积分析等对凝胶的防灭火性能进行研究。结果表明:Al^(3+)-CMC/MMT-PAM双网络凝胶具有良好的热稳定性,MMT的质量分数为3%时,凝胶强度最佳,25号凝胶渗透率最小,为28.14%;经凝胶处理的煤样,其—OH和—CO含量始终低于原煤,C—H含量高于原煤,失重率整体降低,总放热值明显下降,比表面积减小。灭火试验表明,双网络凝胶对煤的自燃有一定抑制作用,加入双网络凝胶后,煤体温度迅速下降且不易复燃。In order to prevent and control coal spontaneous combustion,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)and polyacrylamide(PAM)were used as raw materials,Na-montmorillonite(Na-MMT)and aluminum citrate(Alcit)were used as auxiliary materials,and two interactions were introduced to construct the structure of the dual cross-linked network,and a all-physical cross-linked Al~(^(3+))-CMC/MMT-PAM dual-network fire prevention and extinguishing gel was prepared.The gelation time,thermal stability,strength,permeability and microstructure of the gel were tested.The fire prevention and extinguishing performance of the gel was studied by temperature programming,thermal analysis(TG-DSC),infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)and specific surface area analysis.The results show that the Al~(^(3+))-CMC/MMT-PAM dual-network gel has good thermal stability.When the mass fraction of MMT is 3%,the gel strength is the best,and the permeability of No.25 gel is the smallest,which is 28.14%.The content of—OH and—COin the coal sample treated by gel is always lower than that of raw coal,and the content of C—H is higher than that of raw coal.The weight loss rate decreases as a whole,the total exothermic value decreases significantly,and the specific surface area decreases.The fire extinguishing test shows that the dual-network gel has a certain inhibitory effect on the spontaneous combustion of coal.With the addition of dual-network gel,the temperature of coal decreases rapidly and is not easy to re-ignite.
