摘 要:为了进一步改善大水金属矿山井下近矿体帷幕注浆技术的应用效果、堵水方案及注浆工艺,通过“因矿制宜、一矿一策”综合总结分析安庆铜矿东马鞍山矿体井下治水工程的实践成果,针对该区域水文地质条件复杂、岩溶发育程度不均、富水透水性强等问题,提出了分区治理+局部近矿体帷幕注浆的优化方案。通过地质、涌水、钻孔资料分析,研究分区裂隙发育程度的判识方法;确定不良构造形态及富水空间分布,优化注浆堵水参数,形成“探-注-检”的近矿体帷幕注浆技术路线,在东马鞍山矿体-580~-820 m中段采用局部近矿体帷幕注浆,年涌水量降幅达36.5%,减水成效明显,解除了矿山的突水威胁,可为同类工程实践提供参考。In order to further improve the application effect,water blocking scheme,and grouting process of the curtain grouting technology near the ore body in underground water-rich metal mines,the practical results of underground water control project in East Ma'anshan ore body of Anqing Copper Mine were comprehensively summarized and analyzed based on“adjusting measures to local conditions,one treatment for one mine”.Aiming at the problems of complex hydrogeological conditions,uneven karst development and strong water permeability in this area,an optimization scheme of zoning treatment+local curtain grouting near-ore body was proposed.Through the analysis of geological,water gushing and drilling data,the identification method of fracture development degree in partition was studied.The bad structural morphology and water-rich spatial distribution were determined,the grouting water plugging parameters were optimized,and the technical route of exploration-injection-detection curtain grouting near ore body was formed.The local curtain grouting near ore body was adopted in the middle section of-580 m to-820 m of the East Ma'anshan ore body.The annual water inflow has been reduced by 36.5%,the water reduction effect is obvious,and the water inrush threat to the mine has been relieved,which can provide a reference for similar engineering practice.
