摘  要:植物外泌体是具有脂质双分子层的纳米样囊泡,其内含有大量的蛋白质、脂质和核酸,在抗炎、抗肿瘤及抗纤维化等方面具有重要作用。目前动物性外泌体已被广泛用于细胞间及种间通讯、药物载体等方面的研究,而植物外泌体因其无毒副作用及经济的原因,近年来也受到越来越多的关注。现就植物外泌体的提取、鉴定及其抗炎抗癌作用做一综述,望其能为未来植物外泌体的研究提供新的思路和方法。Plant exosomes are nano⁃like vesicles with lipid bilayers,which contain a large number of proteins,lipids,and nucleic acids,and play an important role in anti⁃inflammatory,anti⁃tumor and anti⁃fibrosis.At present,animal exosomes have been widely used in the research of intercellular and interspecies communication,drug carriers,etc.Plant exosomes have received more and more attention in recent years due to their non⁃toxic side effects and economic reasons.This article summarizes the extraction and identification of plant exosomes and their anti⁃inflammatory and anti⁃cancer effects.The researchers hoped that it could provide new ideas and methods for future research on plant exosomes.
