摘  要:袖子作为服装结构中的重要部分,绘制样板不仅要考虑人体尺寸,还要考虑面料特性和服装整体造型的美观性。为了设计出更符合要求的袖子样板,运用二维CAD调整袖山吃势和袖山高,绘制不同的袖子造型结构图,将绘制的二维样板导入Style 3D系统进行模特虚拟试穿,直观地体现不同袖子结构穿着效果。Style 3D虚拟仿真技术为服装样板设计提供了很好的验证方法,对比样衣制作节省了90%的时间,同时节省了人力和原材料成本。此外,服装3D虚拟设计方法还可以运用至高校技术研发和教学,为服装行业实现碳达峰、碳中和提供思路。Sleeves as an important part of garment construction,drawing the pattern should not only take into account the human body size,but also consider the fabric properties and the aesthetics of the overall shape of the garment.In order to design more compliant sleeve patterms,using 2D CAD drew different sleeve shape structure by adjusting the ease of sleeve and the sleeve crown heigh,and import the drawn 2D patterns into the Style 3D system for virtual fitting of models,to show off the different sleeve configurations.Style 3D virtual simulation technology provides a good validation method for apparel sample design,which saves up to 90%time compared to sample making,while saving on labor and raw material costs.In addition,the 3D virtual design methodology for apparel can be applied to high technology R&D and teaching in universities.It provides a new idea for the development of the clothing industry to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutral.
