摘　　要：乡村旅游开发中产权置换不公引发的空间正义性问题尚未引起社会各界的足够关注。文章基于原住民“我者”的主体感知视角与列斐伏尔的社会空间概念,运用Fraser社会正义尺度理论以及结构方程模型的因子分析方法,结合江西省婺源县篁岭景区案例,对产权置换型古村落旅游空间正义性感知测度指标体系进行建构与实证。研究结果表明:(1)社会空间语境下,空间正义亦即社会正义,产权置换型古村落旅游空间正义性的感知测度,大体可由承认、分配、参与正义3个维度及其13个指标进行表征;(2)篁岭村民的旅游空间正义性感知为不正义,其中,参与正义维度均值最低,而私人老宅、村集体资产的旅游吸引增值收益几乎未被承认和兑现,文章据此提出了启用旅游吸引物权以及“追索权”等制度化组合矫正路径。The issue of spatial justice caused by unfair replacement of property rights in rural tourism development has not received sufficient attention from all sectors of society.The existing research related to this subject has at least two deficiencies:First,relevant studies,with a limited number,focus more on the qualitative analysis of critical discourse and pay less attention to quantitative analysis of measurement models and empirical research results;Second,despite the recognition for the rural tourism development model under property rights replacement from the political sector and the industry,the voice of the indigenous villagers who have their property rights replaced is not heard.Therefore,from the perspective of the subjective perception of the indigenous people,this study concentrates on the construction of the index system for measuring the perception of spatial justice in the tourism space of the ancient villages with property rights replacement,the theoretical discussion of a criterion for judging justice,and adequate reflection on the path to realizing justice in tourism space.Based on Lefebvre's concept of social space,the article,taking Wuyuan Huangling scenic spot as a case,constructed and empirically validated the index system of the perceived spatial justice in the tourism space of the property rights replacement-type ancient villages by utilizing Nancy Fraser's theory of social justice scales and the factor analysis method using structural equation modeling.The results showed as follows.(l)In the socio-spatial context,spatial justice is defined by social justice.They can be regarded as two sides of the same coin of spatial practice.The fairness and impartiality of social relations and their reproduction in specific domains or issues constitute the specific content of spatial justice.(2)Tourism spatial justice refers to social justice in tourism spatial practices.The measurement of residents'perceptions of tourism spatial justice in property rights replacement-type ancient villages is largely char
