数字普惠金融发展是否有助于缓解居民家庭经济脆弱性?

摘　　要：本文基于中国家庭追踪调查数据和北京大学数字普惠金融指数,运用双向固定效应模型实证考察数字普惠金融发展对居民家庭经济脆弱性的影响。研究发现,数字普惠金融发展有助于缓解家庭经济脆弱性,经济机会和数字素养是其缓解效应发挥的中介渠道。随着数字普惠金融发展水平提升,攀比效应的干预使得数字普惠金融发展对家庭经济脆弱性的缓解效应逐渐递减,呈倒“U”型影响。进一步研究发现,数字普惠金融发展对西部、农村地区及低资本家庭经济脆弱性的缓解效应更强,这与数字普惠金融的普惠性和包容性相契合。本文为制定数字普惠金融发展政策提供参考,以更好推动数字普惠金融真正普惠于民,实现家庭增收致富。This article is based on China Family Panel Studies data and Digital Financial Inclusion Index of Peking University,and uses a two-way fixed effects model to empirically examine the impact of digital inclusive finance development on the economic vulnerability of households.Research has found that the development of digital inclusive finance can help alleviate the economic vulnerability of households,and economic opportunities and digital literacy are intermediary channels for their mitigation effects.With the improvement of the development level of digital inclusive finance,the intervention of the comparison effect has gradually reduced the alleviation effect of digital inclusive finance on the economic vulnerability of households,showing an inverted"U"shaped impact.Further research has found that the development of digital inclusive finance has a stronger mitigating effect on the economic vulnerability of western,rural areas,and low capital households,which is consistent with the inclusiveness and inclusiveness of digital inclusive finance.This article provides some reference for formulating policies for the development of digital inclusive finance,in order to better promote the true benefits of digital inclusive finance to the people and achieve longterm income growth and prosperity.
