摘  要:通过对10 m^(3)、30 m^(3)、60 m^(3)和100 m^(3)四种容积的低温储罐在珠光砂填充完成后进行抽真空实验,分析了夹层容积、氮气置换次数、表面处理、材料的漏气放气以及环境温度对真空性能的影响。结果表明:储罐夹层容积越小,抽真空效果越明显;增加氮气的置换次数能使抽真空的效率更高,同时对储罐进行氮气置换+除锈+水洗+加喷漆处理后夹层真空度下降90.5%;材料的漏气、放气会导致夹层真空度出现小幅度升高现象;在抽真空完成后储罐静态真空度会随着环境温度变化有小幅度的波动。By conducting vacuum experiments on cryogenic storage tanks with four volumes of 10 m^(3),30 m^(3),60 m^(3)and 100 m^(3)afer the completion of flling with pearl sand,the ffects of the volume of the interlayer,the number of nitrogen replacements,the leakage and outgassing of the materials and the ambient temperature on the vacuum performance were analyzed.Results show that vacuum degree can be obtained easily under smaller interlay volume;increasing the number of nitrogen replacement can make the vacuum efficiency faster.At the same time the tank is conducted by nitrogen replacement,rust removal,washing and spray paint treatment,the jacket vacum decreases by 90.5%;material leakage,outgassing will lead to the phenomenon of a small increase in the vacuum of the jacket.After vacuum is obtained,the tank static vacuum fluctuates with ambient temperature.
