摘  要:本文旨在研究轿车侧围结构件铝合金一体高压压铸成型的性能。通过结构性能分析和回归分析,确定了铝合金一体高压压铸成型的最佳参数。结构性能分析结果表明,采用铝合金一体高压压铸成型制造的轿车侧围结构件具有较高的强度和韧性,并且具有较低的重量和成本。回归分析表明,成型参数对轿车侧围结构件的强度和韧性具有显著影响。本研究对铝合金一体高压压铸成型在轿车侧围结构件制造中的应用具有重要的理论和实际意义。The purpose of this paper is to study the performance of automotive side aluminum alloy integral high-pressure die-casting.Through the performance analysis and regression analysis,the optimum process parameters of the whole high-pressure die-casting of alumi⁃num alloy were determined.The results of performance analysis show that the automobile side panel made of aluminum alloy die-casting has the advantages of high strength,high toughness,low weight and low cost.The regression analysis shows that the forming parameters have significant influence on the strength and toughness of the side parts of the automobile.This paper has important theoretical and practical sig⁃nificance for the application of aluminum alloy integrated high-pressure die-casting in the manufacture of automobile side structure.
