摘 要:汽车产业是我国国民经济重要支柱性产业,具有产业链长、涉及面广等特点,受到各地政府的重视。为科学分析不同区域汽车产业的发展优劣势,本文提出基于灰色系统的汽车产业发展竞争力指数评价模型,对区域进行全面、系统评估。首先,构建了三层评价体系(最高层、要素层、指标层);其次,利用熵权法确定指标层的权重,利用灰色系统模型计算指标间的灰关联系数;然后,利用权重和关联系数计算单层指标关联度;最后,利用空间几何技术将单层合成多层结构关联度。选取全国31个区域进行汽车产业竞争力分析,结果符合目前的发展现象,该结果可以为地方规划产业布局、招商引资等提供参考。Automobile industry is a pillar industry of China's national economy,featuring the characteristics of a long industrial chain and wide coverage,and attracting much attention from local governments.In order to scientifically analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the automobile industry development in different regions,this paper puts forward an evaluation model of the automobile industry develop⁃ment competitiveness index based on the grey system,and comprehensively and systematically evaluates the regions.First of all,a three-level evaluation system(the highest level,the element level and the index level)is established.Next,the weight of the index level is deter⁃mined by the entropy weight method,and the grey correlation coefficient between indexes is calculated by the grey system model.Then,the correlation degree of the single-level index is calculated by weight and correlation coefficient.Finally,the single-level is synthesized into the multi-level correlation degree by using space geometry.In total,31 regions in China are involved in the analysis of the automobile indus⁃trial competitiveness,the results are in line with the current development phenomenon,which can provide a reference for local planning of industrial layout and investment attraction.
