摘　　要：针刺治疗脑卒中临床疗效显著,但以往的动物实验难以直观揭示其效应规律。静息态脑电图(rsEEG)技术作为神经电生理学重要的检测手段,因具有非线性特征,并且可在毫秒级的范围内实时采集针刺下的大脑活动,结合不同的分析方法,在针刺效应可视化方面发挥了重要作用,被广泛应用于针刺脑卒中的疗效评价及机制研究中,本研究梳理rsEEG技术不同分析方法在该领域研究的发展现状。The clinical efficacy of acupuncture in treatment of stroke is remarkable,but previous animal studies had difficulties in visualizing its effects.The resting-state electroencephalography(rsEEG)technique,as an important detection tool in neurophysiology,has been widely used in the evaluation of efficacy and mechanism of acupuncture in stroke because of its non-linear characteristics and its ability to capture brain activity under acupuncture in real time at millisecond range,when combined with different analysis methods,which have played an important role in visualizing the effect of acupuncture.This study reviewed the current development of different analysis methods of rsEEG technology in this field.
