摘 要:针对传感器外壳体上可能存在的交流噪声干扰,根据不同频率、不同幅值的变化量进行系统性分析,通过试验分析总结,得出在交流干扰下传感器输出的变化量,并给出改进措施。通过分析研究表明:影响传感器电路输出的主要因素为外壳体交流干扰的频率,其次为峰峰值电压,在频率大于8 kHz情况下、噪声干扰的峰峰值达到一定程度下,传感器直流有效信号会受到交流干扰影响。通过试验验证得出,传感器壳体交流干扰对电路输出的影响可以通过增加共模、差模电容予以消除。Aiming at the possible AC noise interference on the sensor shell,a systematic analysis is conducted according to variation in different frequencies and amplitudes.Through experimental analysis and summary,variation in the sensor output under AC interference are obtained,and improvement measures are given.Through analysis and research,it can be shown that the main factor affecting the output of the sensor circuit is the frequency of AC interference from the shell,followed by peak to peak voltage.When the frequency is greater than 8 kHz and the peak to peak noise interference reaches a certain extent,the DC effective signal of the sensor will be affected by AC interference.Through experimental verification,it concludes that the impact of AC interference from the sensor shell on the circuit output can be eliminated by adding common mode and differential mode capacitors.
