摘  要:为满足无人机(UAV)在精准作业时对高度信息的高精度与高稳定性需求,设计了一种气压测高系统,并对其进行了实验验证与性能分析。该系统主要由自研功能主控板、MEMS谐振式压力传感器、上位机软件构成。主控板采用密集型4层制版,完成数据采集、处理、收发功能。压力传感器输出频率与温度数据,由主控模块进行精确采集、温度补偿得到气压数据。通过差分气压测高将气压数据转换为高度数据,以无线或有线方式发送至显示模块进行解析、显示与储存。经高度重复性实验与对比实验结果表明,该系统在短距离测量范围内的相对标准偏差小于6%;在相对长距离测量范围内的相对标准偏差小于1%,精度达厘米(cm)级。To meet requirement of altitude information with high-precision and high-stability during precise operation of UAV,design,experimental verification and performance analysis of a barometric altimeter system are carried out.The system mainly consists of self-researched functional master control board,MEMS resonant pressure sensor,and upper computer software.The master control board uses intensive four-layer plate making to complete data collection,processing,receiving,and sending functions.The master control module acquires precisely frequency and temperature data output by the pressure sensor.Then,the temperature is compensated to obtain air pressure data.Convert air pressure data into altitude data through differential pressure altimetry and send the data wirelessly or wiredly to display module to parse,display and store.Highly repeatable experiment and the comparative experiment results show that,in the short distance measurement range,the relative standard deviation of the system is less than 6%;in the relatively long distance measurement range,the relative standard deviation is less than 1%,and the precision reaches centimeter(cm)level.
