摘 要:量子精密测量技术是根据量子力学基本原理,利用光、原子和磁之间的相互作用对待测物理量进行测量。通过阐述量子精密测量概念及量子精密测量中的技术原理为切入点,开展量子精密测量技术在测量领域中的典型应用调研总结,分析了飞秒光频梳技术、原子系综精密测量技术及量子态光场光学精密测量技术的原理、应用及发展现状,可为我国量子计量技术发展提供借鉴。Quantum precision measurement is based on the basic principle of quantum mechanics by using the interaction between light,atoms and magnetic field to measure physical quantities.The concept of quantum precision measurement and the technical principles in quantum precision measurement are described as a starting point,and typical applications of quantum precision measurement technology in the field of measurement are investigated.The principles,applications,and development status of femtosecond optical frequency comb technology,precision measurement technology for atomic ensemble and quantum light field,and quantum enhancement measurement technology based on nonlinear interference are analyzed.It could provide reference for the development of measurement technology in China.
