摘  要:双光梳光谱作为一项新兴技术,具备响应快、分辨率高、灵敏度高、光谱范围宽等优点,在分子精密光谱分析领域中有独特的优势和广阔的发展前景。提出了一种基于双光梳光谱的高温气体测量方案,利用两个存在微小重频差的光梳通过异步采样实现高温气体吸收光谱的高精度测量,并利用光谱-温度反演算法得到气体温度值。试验中采用了重复频率约为205.315 MHz和205.365 MHZ的双光梳系统,实现了1 057 K温度下CO_(2)气体在4.2μm波长附近吸收光谱的高精度测量。结果表明,该技术作为一种主动式测温技术,具备高温气体的准确测量能力,在国防军工装备高温计量测试领域有重要的应用前景。As a new technology,dual-comb spectroscopy has the advantages of high resolution,high sensitivity,wide spectral coverage and high speed measurement,which has unique advantages and broad development prospects in the field of molecular precision spectral analysis.A high temperature gas measurement scheme based on dual-comb spectrum is proposed.Two combs with small refrequency difference are used to achieve high temperature gas absorption spectrum measurement with high precision through asynchronous sampling,and the spectral temperature inversion algorithm is used to obtain the gas temperature value.In the experiment,a dual-comb system with repetition rate of about 205.315 MHz and 205.365 MHz was used to achieve high precision measurement of the absorption spectrum of CO_(2) gas at 1057 K at a wavelength of 4.2μm.The results show that,as an active temperature measurement technology,it has the ability of accurate measurement of high temperature gas,and has an important application prospect in the field of high temperature measurement of national defense equipment.
