摘 要:压电冲击传感器大多采用电荷型输出,内置变换电路压电冲击传感器较少。造成压电冲击传感器采用电荷输出的原因是内置变换电路对冲击信号适应性差,受到传感器内部结构限制,内置变换电路很难达到冲击信号测量要求。为了设计能够满足冲击传感器内置使用的变换电路,从冲击信号特点分析开始,对于压电传感器两种内置变换电路特性进行了分析,并通过分析电荷变换与电压变换电路特点,得出了电压变换电路适合作为传感器内置变换电路的结论,并对内置电压变换电路传感器进行了测试验证。The charge type output is used in most of piezoelectric shock sensors,and there are few piezoelectric shock sensors with built-in conversion circuit.The main reason of adopting charge output for piezoelectric shock sensors is the poor adaptability of built-in conversion circuits.Limited by the internal structure,it is difficult to make the built-in circuit meet the measurement requirements of shock tests.In order to design a built-in conversion circuit that can be used for shock sensors,the analysis of the characteristics of the shock signal and the two built-in conversion circuits of the piezoelectric sensors are analyzed,and the conclusion that the voltage conversion circuit is suitable for the built-in conversion circuit of the sensors is drawn through the analysis of the characteristics of the charge conversion and voltage conversion circuits.The builtin voltage conversion circuit sensor has been tested and verified.
