新时代绿色文化发展的内在逻辑与实践路径——以打造美丽中国“江西样板”为例

摘　　要：文化是民族生存和发展的重要力量。绿色生态是江西最大财富、最大优势、最大品牌。绿色文化是生态文明建设的文化表征,是生态文明建设的思想依据和精神之源。绿色文化因生态文明而生长,生态文明又因绿色文化而进步。从绿色文化的基本要素出发,厘清绿色文化内在逻辑关系,阐释绿色文化的张力结构,并从绿色资源丰富、绿色人文厚重等八个方面分析江西绿色文化的典型特征。立足生态文明建设、绿色低碳发展的生动书写,通过夯实绿色文化发展根基、深化绿色文化理论研究、加快绿色文化事业发展、壮大绿色文化产业规模、打造绿色文化江西品牌、健全绿色文化等实践进路,加快构建具有赣鄱特色的绿色文化体系,推动江西绿色文化繁荣兴盛。Culture is an important force for national survival and development.Green ecology is Jiangxi’s biggest wealth,biggest advantage and biggest brand.Green culture is the cultural representation of ecological civilization construction and the ideological basis and spiritual source of ecological civilization construction.Green culture grows because of its ecological civilization,and ecological civilization progresses because of its green culture.Starting from the basic elements of green culture,this paper clarifies the internal logical relations of green culture,explains the tension structure of green culture,and analyzes the typical characteristics of green culture in Jiangxi from eight aspects,such as rich green resources,heavy green humanity,etc.We should base on the vivid writing of ecological civilization construction and green and low-carbon development,consolidate the foundation of green culture development,deepen the theoretical research of green culture,accelerate the development of green culture,expand the scale of green culture industry,build green culture Jiangxi brand,improve green culture and other practical approaches,accelerate the construction of a green culture system with the characteristics of Gan Po,and promote the prosperity of green culture in Jiangxi.
