甲氧苄啶在817肉鸡、土二公鸡和白羽乌鸡体内兽药残留情况及原因分析

摘　　要：为了解甲氧苄啶药物在817肉鸡、土二公鸡和白羽乌鸡养殖上的使用情况和药残情况,本研究以漳州某养殖公司的817肉鸡、土二公鸡和白羽乌鸡养殖户为主要调查对象,统计和分析各60个养殖户的药物使用情况,并对使用甲氧苄啶药物的87个养殖户进行药残检测。结果显示:180个养殖户中使用甲氧苄啶药物的有87个,使用比例为48.3%。其中817肉鸡使用比例为51.7%,土二公鸡使用比例为56.7%,白羽乌鸡使用比例为36.7%;817肉鸡甲氧苄啶药残检测出3份样本,检出率是9.7%,其中1份样本超标,超标率3.2%;土二公鸡甲氧苄啶药残检测出3份样本,检出率是8.8%,无样本超标;白羽乌鸡甲氧苄啶药残检测出7份样本,检出率是31.8%,其中4份样本超标,超标率18.2%。结果表明:白羽乌鸡甲氧苄啶药残检出率高,超标情况较为严重。In order to understand the use and residue of trimethoprim drugs in the cultivation of 817 broiler,tu'er rooster chicken,and white feather black chicken,this study mainly investigated 817 broiler,tu'er rooster chickens,and white feather black chicken farmers from a certain breeding company in Zhangzhou.The use of trimethoprim drugs in 60 farmers was statistically analyzed,and drug residue testing was conducted on 87 farmers who used trimethoprim drugs.The results showed that 87 out of 180 farmers used trimethoprim drugs,with a usage rate of 48.3%.Among them,the usage rate of 817 broiler chickens was 51.7%,the usage rate of tu'er rooster was 56.7%,and the usage rate of white feather black chicken was 36.7%;Three samples of 817 broiler were detected for trimethoprim residues,with a detection rate of 9.7%,among them,one sample exceeded the standard,with a detection rate of 3.2%;Three samples were detected for trimethoprim residues in tu'er rooster,with a detection rate of 8.8%,and no samples exceeded the standard;Seven samples were detected for trimethoprim residues in white feather black chicken,with a detection rate of 31.8%,among them,four samples exceeded the standard,with a detection rate of 18.2%.The results indicate that the detection rate of trimethoprim residues in white feather black chickens is high,and the situation of exceeding the standard is relatively serious.
