小反刍兽疫活疫苗免疫简阳大耳羊抗体水平检测与分析

摘　　要：为了解小反刍兽疫活疫苗(Clone 9株)免疫接种简阳大耳羊后的抗体水平,结合宁化县春秋防和免疫抗体监测工作,于2019-2022年开展小反刍兽疫活疫苗免疫简阳大耳羊的抗体检测试验。选择简阳大耳羊后备母羊50只分成两组并分栏饲养,试验组接种Clone 9株小反刍兽疫活疫苗,对照组不接种该疫苗,并在接种疫苗后第30、180、360、540、720、900、1080 d两组同时采集血液样本,分离血清,用竞争ELISA方法检测两组羊在以上不同时间点的抗体水平。结果显示,试验组羊免疫后540 d前抗体阳性率均在80%以上,720 d后免疫抗体阳性率在70%以下,而以上各时间点对照组羊抗体检测结果均为阴性。可见,简阳大耳羊免疫小反刍兽疫活疫苗后540 d前其抗体合格率达到国家规定的标准,而720 d后低于该标准,应适时加强免疫。In order to understand the antibody levels of Jianyang big ear sheep vaccinated with live peste des petits ruminants(PPR)vaccine(Clone 9 strains),combined with the county's spring and autumn prevention and antibody monitoring work,an antibody detection test of live PPR vaccine against Jianyang big ear sheep was carried out in 2019-2022.Fifty reserve ewes of Jianyang big ear sheep were divided into two groups and raised in enclosures.The experimental group was inoculated with clone 9 strains of PPR live vaccine,while the control group was not inoculated with the vaccine,at 30 d,180 d,360 d,540 d,720 d,900 d and 1080 d after immunization,blood samples were collected from the two groups at the same time,serum was separated,and antibody levels in the two groups were detected by competitive ELISA assay at the above different time points.The results showed that the antibody positive rate of sheep in the test group was above 80%before 540 d after immunization,and the antibody positive rate was below 70%after 720 d,while the antibody positive rate of sheep in the control group was negative at all the above time points.The antibody qualified rate of Jianyang big ear sheep was up to the national standard before 540 d after immunization with PPR live vaccine,after 720 d is lower than the standard,immunization should be strengthened in time.
