尤溪县2020-2022年种畜场猪伪狂犬病抗体监测与分析

摘　　要：为了解尤溪县种畜场猪伪狂犬病抗体水平,采用ELISA检测方法对尤溪县具有种畜禽证的18个猪场,累计3年采集34个场次猪血清样品共389份进行猪伪狂犬病gB抗体和gE抗体检测。结果显示:gB抗体和gE抗体平均阳性率分别为80.46%和5.14%,表明尤溪县种畜场猪伪狂犬病免疫抗体水平相对较高,免疫措施得当,免疫效果明显。但2022年有2个猪场存在野毒感染。In order to understand the level of porcine pseudorabies antibodies in Youxi county's breeding and livestock farms,an ELISA detection method was used to collect 389 pig serum samples from 18 pig farms with breeding and poultry certificates in Youxi county over three years.The results showed that the average positive rates of gB and gE antibodies were 80.46%and 5.14%,respectively.The results showed that the level of porcine pseudorabies antibodies in Youxi county's breeding and livestock farms was relatively high,proper immunization measures result in significant immune effects.But in 2022,there were two pig farms infected with wild viruses.
