摘  要:长期以来我国基层冷链配送发展缓慢,难以满足居民对高质量生鲜肉的需求。为实现生鲜肉冷链配送的高效运营,本文就以福州市永泰县屠宰场所配备的专用冷藏车作为研究对象,在全县可控范围内按照不同的配送方式及不同的线路进行冷链配送,在一定约束的基础条件上,以冷链配送最短的总路程为目标函数,构建县级屠宰场生猪胴体冷链配送路线的最短路径优化算法。该算法的结果可应用于实际生产中,并为今后有需求的县级屠宰场生鲜肉品冷链配送提供技术层面上的指导。For a long time,the development of grassroots cold chain distribution has been slow.It is difficult to meet the residents'demand for high-quality fresh meat.To achieve the efficient operation of the fresh meat cold chain distribution,this article is to Fuzhou Yongtai county slaughtering places are equipped with a special refrigerator car as the research object,in the county under control according to the different way of distribution and different routes for cold-chain distribution,on the basis of a certain constraint conditions,with the shortest total distance cold-chain distribution as objective function,constructed the slaughterhouse at the county level,shortest path optimization algorithm for cold chain distribution route of pig carcass.The results of this algorithm can be applied to practical production,and provide technical guidance for the cold chain distribution of fresh meat to county slaughterhouses in demand in the future.
