有毒植物博落回中生物碱的检验研究进展

摘　　要：博落回是罂粟科有毒植物,植株含有乳黄色有毒汁液,其主要毒性成分为异喹啉类生物碱,其中血根碱、白屈菜红碱、原阿片碱和别隐品碱含量较高,可致人中毒死亡。中毒事件多发于煎服博落回植株及食用含有博落回花粉的蜂蜜。对博落回中生物碱的检验是法庭科学中的一项重要研究课题。通过查阅文献,梳理了博落回中生物碱的提取、分离和检验方法,以高效液相色谱质谱联用和超高液相色谱质谱联用技术为主,为博落回及衍生产品中有毒成分的鉴定提供理论基础。Macleaya cordata(Willd.)R.Br.is a poisonous plant of the Papaveraceae family.It contains a kind of juice with milky yellow colour,and its main poisonous compounds are isoquinoline alkaloids.In the alkaloids,Sanguinarine,Chelerythrine,Protopine and Allocryptine are more than the others.The detection of alkaloids is becoming an important research program for forensic science.The paper reviews the methods of alkaloids detection by consulting the literature,such as high performance liquid chromatography and ultra performance liquid chromatography,which are used for the poison identification.
