摘  要:本文设计的便携式LIBS旨在便于携带的基础上减少降低便携式LIBS的性能,并解决在激发时产生的灰尘污染镜片造成光谱信号干扰等问题,其设计是将仪器分为探测头和机箱两部分并通过包塑管进行连接,采用微型二极管泵浦激光器,脉冲能量可达100 mJ,波长1064 nm,重复频率为1-10 HZ;此外采用多通道高分辨率光谱仪,提高LIBS的分析性能;选择FPGA作为主芯片,控制激光器的出光、使激光器和光谱仪实现同步测量同时为了减小辐射背景增加延迟时间功能以及控制防尘功能。结合偏最小二乘法对不锈钢的Cr、Si、Mn元素进行定量分析,其相关系数均在0.995以上,实际含量与预测含量的相对误差在5%以内,结果表明,所开发的便携式LIBS检测仪具有良好的定性定量性能。The portable LIBS designed in this paper is designed to reduce the performance of portable LIBS,And solve the problem of spectral signal interference caused by dust pollution lens during excitation,The design is to divide the instrument into two parts:probe head and chassis and connect it through a plastic pipe,Using a miniature diode pump laser,Pulse energy of up to 100 mJ,With a wavelength of 1,064 nm,The repetition frequency is 1-10 HZ;In addition,using a multichannel high-resolution spectrometer,Improve the analytical performance of LIBS;Select the FPGA as the main chip,Control the light output of the laser,enable the laser and the spectrometer to measure synchronously,and increase the delay time function and control the dust proof function to reduce the radiation background.Combined with the quantitative analysis of Cr,Si and Mn elements of stainless steel,the correlation coefficient is above 0.995,and the relative error between the actual content and the predicted content is within 5%.The results show that the developed portable LIBS detector has good qualitative and quantitative performance.
