摘 要:廊道在大坝建设、维护和运营中扮演着重要角色,廊道渗漏问题日益引发关注,其对大坝的影响是多方面的,任其发展可能危及大坝的安全性和稳定性。为了探明渗漏灾变机理并提出有效处治策略,以板桥水库为例,综合分析了前期监测、声呐微流场检测等成果和现场裂缝调查情况。结果表明,位于溢流坝段的廊道渗漏病害主要包括复建期施工质量缺陷、堵漏灌浆补强不充分、温度应力引起的结构体开裂以及长期渗水导致的混凝土劣化。基于此,通过技术方案比选,最终选取非水反应类高聚物注浆技术对廊道渗漏病害进行处治,取得了显著的处治效果。Gallery plays an important role in dam construction,maintenance and operation.The issue of gallery leakage is increasingly attracting attention due to its intricate implications for dam safety and stability.If unaddressed,leakage may pose a risk to the dam’s structural integrity,with potential ramifications on both lives and property.In order to explore the mechanism of leakage disaster and put forward effective treatment strategies,this study took the Banqiao Reservoir as an example and comprehensively analyzed the results of preliminary monitoring,sonar microflow field detection and field crack investigation.The results show that the gallery leakage diseases in the spillway dam section mainly include construction quality defects,inadequate sealing and grouting reinforcement,structural cracking caused by temperature stress and concrete deterioration caused by long-term water seepage.Based on this assessment,after comparing various technical solutions,the non-reactive polymer grouting technology is ultimately selected for the successful remediation of the gallery’s leakage and damage,achieving sig-nificant treatment.
